Overall dimension:
Model TYZ-130B, the horizontal automatic cartoning machine is a high-tech product integrating light, electricity, gas and machine. Suitable for automatic cartoning of a variety of products. The working process is the transfer of articles; the carton is automatically opened and transported, the materials are automatically loaded into the carton; and the complicated packaging process such as the tongues at both ends is completed. The outside part of the machine is all made of high-quality stainless steel cover, and it is strictly designed according to the "GMP" standard of the pharmaceutical industry. The transmission part is designed with overload protection function, and there is an emergency stop device. The control system adopts the human-machine interface video screen to ensure the personal safety of the operator.

Main performance structure features:
1. Adopt automatic feeding, open carton, into carton, sealing carton and output etc packaging form. The structure is compact and reasonable, and the operation adjustment is simple.
2. Adopting servo / stepper motor and touch screen, PLC programmable control system, man-machine interface display operation is more clear and simple, high degree of automation, more humane.
3. Adopting photoelectric eye automatic detection and tracking system, no product does not suck the carton, to maximize the saving of packaging materials.
4. The packaging range is large, the adjustment is convenient, and the rapid conversion can be realized between various specifications and sizes.
5. When changing the specification, no need to change the mold, just need adjustment.
6. When there is no product, or product is not in correct place, the machine will not push the product when it is idling. When the product is renewed to supply, it will automatically run again by itself. If the product enters the carton not properly, it will stop automatically, and there is main drive motor overload protection device, is safer and more reliable.
7. Automatic show cartoning speed and counting.
