Product Description

Variable Pressure Adsorption nitrogen production. The difference in adsorption capacity of nitrogen and other gas molecules in the molecular sieve is used to create an accumulation of concentration differences and to generate high purity nitrogen at the end of the molecular sieve column. At the same time, two molecular sieve columns are used, one of which adsorbs and absorbs a portion of the product gas and the other is used for analysis, thus enabling on-line regeneration of the molecular sieve. The overall performance is that the instrument outputs high purity nitrogen continuously. This type of generator allows the purity and flow rate of nitrogen to be adjusted as needed and can produce a 99.999% nitrogen product. The flow rate can vary from a few hundred milliliters per minute to tens of liters to several cubic meters, and the purity size can be flexibly configured for each requirement. the main difficulty with PSA technology is the packing technology of the molecular sieve tower. Poor filling of molecular sieves can cause molecular sieves to rub against each other and crush during frequent changes in gas high and low pressure, reducing the number of micropores and severely reducing the performance of molecular sieves. Our company produces PSA variable pressure adsorption nitrogen generator products using the internationally popular blizzard filling method, while using with the inner cylinder constant pressure valve and central pressure equalization technology to achieve a smaller air consumption ratio, lower energy consumption and more stable performance of the nitrogen generator.

1:Introduction
PSA Nitrogen/Oxygen generator gets N2/O2 by pressure swing adsorption principle at normal temperature using clean compressed air as raw material and carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent. Because of the different adsorption of oxygen and nitrogen on carbon molecular sieve surface as well as different diffusion rate through the open/close of program control valve; separation of oxygen and nitrogen is achieved and N2 of required purify is created.

4:Nitrogen Generator Pressure Swing Adsorption
  • The technology of air-to-nitrogen production with the use of adsorption processes in nitrogen generators is well studied and widely applied at industrial facilities for the recovery of high-purity nitrogen.
  • The operating principle of a nitrogen generator utilizing the adsorption technology is based on the dependence of the adsorption rates featured by various gas mixture components upon pressure and temperature factors. Among nitrogen adsorption plants of various types, Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) plants have found the broadest application world-wide.
  • The system's design is based on the regulation of gas adsorption and adsorbent regeneration by means of changing pressures in two adsorber-adsorbent-containing vessels. This process requires constant temperature, close to ambient. With this process, nitrogen is produced by the plant at the above-atmospheric pressure, while the adsorbent regeneration is accomplished at below-atmospheric pressure.
  • The swing adsorption process in each of the two adsorbers consists of two stages running for a few minutes. At the adsorption stage the adsorbent serves to adsorb predominantly one of the gas mixture components with the recovery of product nitrogen. At the regeneration stage the adsorbed component is released from the adsorbent and is vented in the atmosphere. The process is then multiply repeated.
